Social networking platform X has decided to introduce an X Money service soon. Elon Musk has been expressing his desire to adapt X (Twitter) to the style of China’s WeChat app for a long time, and now a significant development has come in this regard.
The social media platform is launching a payment service called “X Money” with the aim of facilitating financial transactions for users.
The main goal of this initiative is to make financial transactions a part of the X platform so that it can be turned into a super app.
According to the official account of X Money, this service will offer solutions to all financial matters of users, which indicates that several payment features will be introduced.

X CEO Linda Yaccarino recently said that the first official partner of X Money will be “Visa” and with this collaboration, users will be able to send and receive money through Visa Direct.
X Money will allow users to connect to the service via debit card, while there will also be an option to transfer money directly to bank accounts.
The service will be launched first in the US, followed by expansion to other regions, subject to legal and financial approvals in the relevant regions.
